Buckles

Rounded edges on the stamped buckles are typical, it lets the buckle look “cheap” in our eyes. The CNC machined buckle have crisp edges which let them look more premium. While rounded edges are good against sharp edges, a CNC machined buckle could sometimes feel as sharp. The precision of the stamped buckle is lower as they are produced through heavy pressing. The CNC machined buckles are done within tolerance of few millimeter. Stamped buckle are usually made out of 304L stainless steel, while for CNC machined buckles, we use 316L stainless steel.
